Manager - Sales Advisor - Full-time
Job description
The manager/sales advisor is responsible for coordinating all operations to ensure the smooth running of the boutique, assisting clients during their appointments, and helping them find the perfect outfit for any occasion, such as a wedding or gala. They will also be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing orders for the boutique and maintaining contact with suppliers.
Tasks
To be in charge of the store's operations
Accompanying and advising customers in the store
Execute sales strategies to achieve established objectives.
To offer customer service at all times that reflects the excellence and expertise of the House
Ensure customer follow-up according to established procedures and automations.
Taking customer measurements (training provided)
Maintaining the shop space, collaborating on the merchandising and visual presentation of the merchandise

Proficiency in digital technologies (POS system, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite)

Required qualifications
Experience in store management
Experience in selling high-end clothing (evening dresses, wedding dresses, etc.)
Knowledge of sewing/fashion design (an asset)
Excellent French and English (spoken/written)
Studies in fashion (an asset)
Conditions and benefits
Start date: October 1, 2024
Full-time position: 35 to 40 hours/week
From Tuesday to Saturday inclusive
Base salary of $21/hour
Base salary plus a percentage bonus on sales
